Lidingö Municipality, the municipal executive office, has been tasked with procuring a framework agreement for a learning platform for Lidingö Municipality. Lidingö Municipality's vision for the agreement is a cohesive, user-friendly, and future-proof learning platform that supports the municipality's educational activities in preschool, after-school centre, compulsory school, special needs compulsory school, upper secondary school, and special needs upper secondary school. The platform should contribute to improved quality in teaching and learning, effective communication between school, students and guardians, and reduced administrative burden for the activities. The municipality is seeking a solution that offers comprehensive support for planning, documentation, assessment, follow-up, communication, and attendance and absence management, and is characterized by high user-friendliness, automated workflows, and strong support for the activity's systematic quality work. The agreement period is four years, with the municipality having the right to extend the agreement one or more times on unchanged terms for a maximum of 48 months.
