Belgium – Building sale services – Désignation d’une agence immobilière en vue de procéder à la vente de complexes de bureaux administratifs

Service contract divided into 2 lots for the appointment of a real estate agency to handle the sale of administrative office complexes (the two lots correspond to the properties for which the sale is envisaged, namely: LOT 1: "Défi" complex located at Zoning de Jumet, 4th Street, 6040 Jumet - LOT 2: "Hélios" complex located at Rue de Montigny, 101, 6000 Charleroi). The contract includes, in particular, the following services: • Ensuring publicity for the properties for sale (notably through advertisements on real estate sales websites, on the agency's website, the agency's address book, etc.) ; • Organising visits to the properties for sale with potential buyers; • Obtaining reliable offers; • Negotiating and presenting firm offers to the City's Heritage Service. Following the presentation of these offers, the contracting authority will itself designate the successful buyer at the end of a bidding process conducted by it. Bidders are advised that this contract does not include the mandate to conclude a purchase/sale contract on behalf of and for the account of the City of Charleroi. Bidders are advised that this contract relates to a results-based mission consisting of the marketing and assistance in the sale of the property until the deed of sale is executed.
