As part of the renovation, the renovation of parts of the facade will be carried out, including:

- Dismantling and renewal of facade panels

- Renewal of panel glazing, windows and door elements

- Renewal of defective components, seals

- Facade insulation and cladding

- Creation of a 'new' inner facade plane

- Sealing and connection works as part of the facade construction

- Revitalisation of the entire existing facade

- Lightning protection works as part of the facade renewal
