Netherlands – Christmas tree – Raamovereenkomst Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties

The Contract concerns the rental of artificial Christmas trees and Christmas decorations to be placed at Defence locations in the Netherlands. The Contractor rents the artificial Christmas trees and Christmas decorations to the Contracting Authority and delivers them to all Defence locations in the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands. This involves full care (rental): the Contractor is responsible each year for the delivery, placement, assembly, disassembly, removal, transportation, and storage of artificial Christmas trees (including decorations) and Christmas decorations (Christmas items and garlands). It is important for the procuring department that the Contractor can supply a large, varied, high-quality, and representative range of products nationwide, at a consistent quality.
