France – Cremation services – Délégation de service public pour l'agrandissement, la rénovation et l'exploitation du Crématorium de Champigny-sur-Marne

The Syndicat intercommunal funéraire de la région parisienne (Sifurep) intends to award, in accordance with Article L. 2223-40 of the Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT), by way of a concession delegating public service, from the date of notification of the concession contract, the studies necessary for the future expansion and renovation works to be carried out at the Champigny-sur-Marne crematorium and the adjacent cinerary garden. The future delegate will, from 1 April 2028, operate, at its own risk, the crematorium, its equipment and its annexes. It will launch the aforementioned works and will remunerate itself through the commercialisation of services to users.
