The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy 4x4 rescue fire truck category 2 (equipped) with a function of supplying water for domestic purposes, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (which is also the subject of the evidential means). 2. The contracting authority requires that the equipment delivered as the subject of the contract be factory new, unused, in an undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready-to-use condition, and that it meets the standards required by Polish law and is free from legal defects. 3. The mode of transport of the subject of the contract must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor is liable for any damage caused by improper transport. 4. The contracting authority envisages the option of purchasing 1 unit of a heavy 4x4 rescue fire truck category 2 (equipped) with a function of supplying water for domestic purposes, i.e. a vehicle identical to the one being delivered as part of the main contract. 5. The contracting authority envisages the right to an option for 1 unit identical to the vehicle constituting the subject of the main contract and meeting all the requirements specified in the SWZ and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 6. 4.6. The detailed scope of services, the manner of contract execution and the obligations of the Contractor are specified in the following documents: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Contract (abbreviated as DSC) and - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e. Draft Contract Terms.
