The Border Guard, acting under the Act on the Border Guard, uses teleinformatics systems in its daily operations, which are essential in the process of border traffic control, protection of the state border, and part of the external border of the European Union. For this purpose, it uses a teleinformatics network built entirely on the hardware platform of Cisco Systems, Palo Alto, F5. The subject of the order is the supply, installation and commissioning of load balancer devices (with SSL decryption function). The Buyer may invalidate the subject procedure if the public funds that the Buyer intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the order are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the order notice (art. 257 of the Pzp Act). The Buyer does not allow partial submission of offers.
