Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_TWP_Landkreis Regensburg_Neubau Schulgebäude Realschule Regenstauf

The district of Regensburg plans the new construction of the school building of the Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf to accommodate increasing student numbers and to remedy the functional and structural deficiencies of the existing building. The new construction is to be connected to the existing canteen building and the sports facilities. Planned is a sustainable, barrier-free school building with a particular focus on quality of stay, the use of wood as a building material and CO2-neutral energy supply. The following services are to be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of the performance phases 3-6 for the structural design according to § 51 para. 1 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 1 in conjunction with Appendix 14 HOAI 2021

- Special services
