France – Television and audio-visual equipment – ACQUISITION, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE ET SUPPORT DES EQUIPEMENTS AUDIOVISUELS DU NOUVEAU SIEGE ADMINISTRATIF DE DEUX-SEVRES HABITAT

This consultation concerns the supply, installation and connection of audiovisual equipment as part of the construction of the new administrative headquarters of Deux-Sèvres Habitat at 270 avenue de La Rochelle in Niort (79000). The services also include user training and a maintenance and support period. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the C.C.T.P. The contract takes effect from the date of notification. The contractor has a one-month deadline from the notification of the order instructing the start of the services to supply and install the equipment. Training in the use of the equipment must be completed within a period of fifteen calendar days from the acceptance of the installation services. The contract provides for maintenance and support services for a period of 2 years from the acceptance of the installation services. Estimated start date for services: 01/02/2027
