Austria – Construction work for bridges and tunnels, shafts and subways – (ProVia-ID 152890) Loifarn - Dorfgastein; Oberer und Unterer Klammtunnel Modernisierung, km 7,416-8,949, Bau; Ertüchtigung Oberer- und Unterer Klammtunnel

The subject of the procurement comprises the tunnel construction works related to the modernisation of the upper and lower Klamm tunnels on the ÖBB route Schwarzach - St. Veit im Pongau - Spittal am Millstättersee:

- Construction measures to increase the load-bearing capacity, usability and durability of the existing masonry (with and without existing sprayed concrete shell).

- Repairs to the portals in the Klamm area:

+ South portal of the lower Klamm tunnel.

+ North portal of the upper Klamm tunnel.

- Repairs to the north portal of the lower Klamm tunnel.

- Accesses to the main tunnel drainage in the base by means of new shafts between the sleepers.

- Signage of niches and escape route marking in the tunnel.

- Signage in the portal area.

- Upgrading of the access roads in the north UKT and south OKT pre-portal areas and north UKT pre-portal square.

- Support structure for overhead line/third rail (=bracket) -> installation of the frames will be carried out subsequently by a third party.
