Germany – Building construction work – TWB: Planung und Neubau eines Verwaltungsgebäudes in Sagard im Rahmen einer Gesamtvergabe

The Office of North Rügen intends to have a new administrative building for the municipal administration in Sagard constructed as a turnkey project by a private partner within the framework of a comprehensive award of planning and construction services. The scope of services includes the planning and construction of the new building, including the development of the outdoor facilities, as well as the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods. The services will be awarded as a comprehensive contract to a general contractor (based on a PPP concession model without end financing) through a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue. The remuneration for planning and construction services will be paid during the construction period through interim payments at fixed milestones, deviating from the VOB/B. The remuneration for commissioning and maintenance services will be paid quarterly after completion of the services.
