The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of lime stone flour for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. as described in the Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the DSZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract, which are Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the DSZ, have a preliminary character, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Execution Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of the given Execution Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts within the framework of the Execution Proceedings, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor.
