Poland – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Utrzymanie zieleni poinwestycyjnej parków, zieleńców i pasów drogowych na terenie Gminy Miasto Szczecin

1. The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of investment greenery in parks, green spaces and road verges within the Municipality of Szczecin. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) 77310000-6 Services for planting and maintaining green spaces 3. The subject of the procurement is detailed in Annexes 7 and 8 to the SWZ 4. The contractor will perform the subject of the procurement with the highest professional care required of a subject providing this type of service, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the generally applicable law, including, in particular, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) - The producer of waste generated during the implementation of the subject of the procurement is the Contractor (legal basis: art. 3 para. 1 point 32 of the Waste Act), as well as with the Regulation No. 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of 23 March 2021 on the Standards of maintenance, protection and development of the green areas of the City of Szczecin and the obligations serving their implementation, as well as with the SWZ and the offer, which will be an integral part of the contract.
