Belgium – Electrical supplies and accessories – DELIVERY OF MRO ITEMS AND SMALL MATERIAL

Subject of supplies: Delivery of MRO items and Small Material

Bpost wishes to establish an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supply model covering the entire Belgian territory, intended for maintenance activities and small works carried out in buildings, sorting centres, points of sale, logistics sites and offices. The framework agreement includes deliveries, counter collections, product advice and, for Lot 5, on-site technical interventions and repairs. Elements included in the scope (all lots):

• Specific branded products when expressly requested;

• Standard articles, OEM equivalent products and equivalent products (no brand requirement or "or equivalent");

• Advice on product selection, substitutability and stock optimisation;

• Electronic catalogue listing contractual prices, price lists and/or discount schemes, technical data sheets for articles and safety data sheets (SDS), where applicable;

• Reporting of KPIs and continuous improvement process (stock availability, OTIF (One Time, In Full), service level (fill rate), returns, etc.).

The contract includes the following lots:

Lot 1: Supply of electrical equipment and electrical appliances.

Lot 2: Supply of sanitary and plumbing materials.

Lot 3: Purchase and supply of construction and maintenance articles, electrical and sanitary materials via retail sales.

Lot 4: Supply of door hardware and locking systems.

Lot 5: Technical repairs of locking systems (locksmith service).

Bpost has the right to award only some lots and may decide to integrate the other lots into one or more new contracts, if necessary, according to a different award procedure; The candidate may submit a tender for one, several or all lots.

Place of performance of the contract: The contract will be performed throughout the Belgian territory.

Contract duration: The contract is concluded for an initial period of four (4) years, renewable twice for a period of two (2) years each. Each extension will take place tacitly. The present contract concerns a bilateral framework agreement, i.e. a framework agreement within the framework of which Bpost will conclude the contract with a single contractor per lot.
