France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Gestion des installations énergétiques, de l’eau et de l’air du Complexe sportif de Mercières à Compiègne

The present consultation concerns the management of the energy facilities of the Complexe sportif de Mercières de Compiègne, located at 2 rue Jacques Daguerre in Compiègne (60200). It involves: - For the services P1, supplying heat, electricity and water; - For the services P2: Carrying out the operation, i.e. the monitoring, control, routine maintenance and troubleshooting, of the heating, domestic hot water production and air conditioning installations; Ensuring the necessary measures for legionella monitoring, controlling the quality of drinking water and pools, as well as air, and implementing the necessary means of combating and resolving deviations from regulatory thresholds; - For the services P3: Carrying out major maintenance and renewal work on current installations (parts and labour) according to a programme proposed by the Contractor; Carrying out modernisation work on the installations as provided for in the CCTP; Implementing a set of technical and financial arrangements to optimise expenditure and achieve better control of consumption and costs.
