Romania – Software package and information systems – Extindere si upgrade sistem Metering Data Management (MDM) EnergyIP 8.5 prin achizitia de licente

The subject of the Framework Agreement is the procurement of the Extension and upgrade of the Metering Data Management (MDM) EnergyIP 8.5 system through the purchase of licenses. Subsequent contracts will be awarded annually. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 17 days. The contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
