Slovakia – Event services – Komplexné technicko-organizačné zabezpečenie podujatí ÚV SR

The subject of the contract is the complete provision of activities related to the organisation, personnel and technical support of events organised by the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic, namely summits, conferences, bilateral and multilateral meetings, events with the participation of foreign partners, including at protocol level, social and other events, events organised on the occasion of: - the presidency of the Slovak Republic in the Visegrad Group or at a level corresponding to the standard of international events of a similar character, - events of the Permanent Conference of Public Dialogue in the preparation of the Strategy for the Development of Slovakia until 2024; Open Day, Victory Day over Fascism and the anniversary of the arrival of St. Cyril and Methodius, - events organised in the premises of the Purposeful Facility Hotel Bôrik in Bratislava, and that in an estimated number of 25 events within the following 12 months. The events will be organised on the territory of the Slovak Republic and their deadlines will be continuously announced during the validity of the framework agreement with a sufficient time advance to the contractor of the subject of the contract.
