Netherlands – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Inhuur van Onderzoeks-, Service Design- en UX‑Expertise

Over the past few years, there has been a clear increase in the use of expertise in the fields of research (qualitative and quantitative), service design and User Experience design (also known as UX) within the municipality of Den Haag. These disciplines are increasingly being used to improve municipal services and gain insight into the needs of residents, entrepreneurs, visitors and employees. Although knowledge and expertise in these fields are present within the municipality, the demand now exceeds the available internal capacity. It is expected that this need will continue to grow in the coming years. The municipality of Den Haag therefore opts for a municipality-wide framework agreement for the temporary deployment (hiring) of this specialist expertise. This allows the municipality to have access to suitable expertise in a flexible, efficient and sustainable manner. The Contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Quantitative research Lot 2: Qualitative research & Service design (SD) Lot 3: User Experience Design (UX)
