Germany – Adult-education services at university level – Begleitung von Leader Peergroups nach Abschluss des Leadership Programms

During the Leadership Programme, so-called Leader Peer Groups are formed. These consist of 6-12 persons who complete the Leadership Programme together and participate in the seminar series. The continuous development of one's own leadership competencies and the engagement with leadership issues is a permanent task of every leader. Therefore, all participants will continue to be supported even after the completion of the Leadership Programme. The Peer Groups established within the framework of the Leadership Programme will be continued permanently as Leader Performance Peer Groups. The Peer Groups meet regularly for locally and independently organised meetings, usually lasting one day. The focus is on collegial consultation on personal development topics, current issues from professional leadership practice, and learning topics.
