The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg (GMH) manages the development, construction and operation of sports and special properties for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The GMH considers properties holistically, taking into account the economic interrelationships between construction investment and operating costs. In doing so, the GMH pursues the implementation of the climate protection goals of the FHH as well as the requirements for accessibility and the special interests of users. In this capacity, GMH was commissioned with the project management for a sub-project in the project „Haus der Erde“ for the activation of areas in the 1st and 2nd basement at the location Bundesstr. 57 in Hamburg.
