The contractor shall perform all cleaning services completely, professionally and in accordance with the state of the art. The maintenance cleaning includes in particular: • The cleaning of all floor surfaces. • The cleaning of all freely accessible surfaces and items of furniture, e.g. tables, cupboards, trolleys, shelves, window sills, radiators, light fittings, etc. Office equipment and individual PCs are excluded from cleaning. Fingerprints on the interior glazing, glass doors and on the glazed partitions (at handle height) are to be removed. The interior glazing itself is part of the glass cleaning. The type, scope and frequency of the cleaning are specified in Annex D2 Scope of Services.
