Tender for design services on outline project. The details of the tasks assigned to the successful bidder are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. Inaugurated in 1989, the high school now presents technical deficiencies: thermal and acoustic insulation (music room in particular) and major infiltration problems. As a result, it has not been suitable for needs for many years. To address these issues, the Centre Val De Loire Region is launching a first operational phase for the restructuring of the Duhamel Du Monceau high school. This will involve the formalisation of a functional Logistics/Catering unit, including the demolition/reconstruction of the catering building and the relocation of the medical and social services hub within the main building. The project will also include the development of a vegetated courtyard and a parking area in place of the old catering building, allowing for better breathing space in the heart of the site.
