The planned development measures comprise two physically separate construction projects at the Campus Vaihingen, to be awarded to a contractor for synergy reasons (one operator HKW). The advertised services will be procured within the framework of a joint procurement procedure in accordance with § 4 VgV for two different awarding authorities. Two separate contracts with different awarding authorities are to be awarded to the same contractor. The University Construction Office Stuttgart and Hohenheim (UBA S+H) will conduct the procurement procedure and will be the responsible contact person and the person responsible for the procedure in accordance with § 4 VgV until the award of the contract or the award of the contract for both contracts.
