Municipalities have the task, on the basis of the Social Support Act (Wmo), to provide residents who experience limitations in their self-reliance and participation in society with the necessary provisions. In cases of problems with the use of the home, providing an automatic door opener can be part of the chosen solution. The contract includes: • the supply and installation of automatic door openers; • the performance of a technical inventory on site; • advising on the most suitable and cost-effective solution; • the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance; • the resolution of faults; • the dismantling and removal of door openers when they are no longer necessary; • the revision and reuse of automatic door openers where possible; • the maintenance of already installed door openers that are the property of the municipalities. see list of requirements
