HUS (hereafter also the contracting entity or purchaser) invites tenders for the procurement of automated analytical chemistry and immunochemistry for the Automaatiolaboratorio in Helsinki Meilahti, as well as the hospital laboratories in Hyvinkää, Jorvi, Peijaksen, Lohja, Malmi, Porvoo, Lappeenranta, Kotka and Kouvola. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 36 of the Public Procurement Act (see Annex 5 Procedure Description). The objective of the procurement is to ensure seamless, cost-effective and high-quality routine and non-routine analytical chemistry and immunochemistry at the Automaatiolaboratorio located in the HUSLAB building and the aforementioned hospital laboratories, as well as efficient sample logistics at the Automaatiolaboratorio and pre-processing in the facilities of HUS DGK and performed by the staff, including peak sample flow times. The supplier's service package must include the necessary technical analytical expertise and product support, including maintenance response, so that the quality of the analysis and uninterrupted production are ensured in all circumstances. To facilitate the smooth reporting of analysis results, the degree of automated verification of the results must be as high as possible.
