France – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – Services d'entretien et de réparation de véhicules

This contract is for vehicle maintenance and repair services. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, divided into three lots: Lot No. 1: maintenance and repair of passenger cars and small utility vehicles under 3.5 tonnes; Lot No. 2: maintenance and repair of a coach over 3.5 tonnes (Irisbus coach); Lot No. 3: maintenance and repair of electric passenger cars, minibuses and small utility vehicles under 3.5 tonnes. The framework agreement is concluded with fixed minimum and maximum annual amounts as follows: Lot No. 1: minimum 1 500 € excl. VAT and maximum 35 000 € excl. VAT; Lot No. 2: minimum 1 500 € excl. VAT and maximum 30 000 € excl. VAT; Lot No. 3: minimum 1 000 € excl. VAT and maximum 20 000 € excl. VAT. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification and may be tacitly renewed three times for a period of 12 months, without its total duration exceeding 4 years.
