The contract framework amount is as follows:

Part 1: net 40,999,464

Part 2: net 24,851,612

Part 3: net 5,877,990

Part 4: net 10,961,107

of which the Buyer is obliged to call off 70%, and the Buyer is not obliged to call off the remaining 30%.

In accordance with section 3 of 46. § of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree (hereinafter: Kr.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement required reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and in every case the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood in addition to the designation.

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that in the case of an offer for an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the tenderer in the tender.
