The scope of the contract includes the performance of activities related to the Centre for Monitoring and Response to Cyber Incidents at DANS, where a system for managing the cybersecurity of critical systems of strategic facilities has been implemented. With the implementation of the present public procurement, its functionalities will be expanded and developed by integrating information from external sources and platforms for sharing intelligence data on hacker groups, attacks, threats, methods used, signals for various events and others, in order to enhance analytical capabilities and to support the processes and decisions for the protection and prevention of critical systems in strategic facilities. Licences for the built information system will be delivered. To ensure technological and functional compatibility and the smooth operation of the implemented solutions with the available resources in the operational centre, hardware and software support for the infrastructure will be provided. In order to minimize the risks in the work and to increase the reliability of the IT systems, with the present public procurement, the provision of expert services for ensuring normal operation, operational support and sustainable management of the environment is required. The types and quantities of software and hardware products, detailed description of the activities for expanding and developing the functionalities of the system for managing the cybersecurity of critical systems of strategic facilities are contained in the Technical Specification with reg. № RB202002-001-04/И-3-279/28.01.2026 g. with a classification level of "Secret" pursuant to item 14 of section II of appendix №1 to art. 25 in connection with art. 28, para. 2, item 2 and §1, item 13, item 14 and item 15, letter "b" of the Rules of the Law on Cybersecurity.
