Germany – Construction work – Rohbauarbeiten Neubau Sport- und Festhalle Tennenbronn

The City of Schramberg plans to build a new sports and events hall on the outskirts of Tennenbronn, which will be used by clubs for various events. Due to the terrain heights, a retaining structure and drainage will be required on the slope side. The foundation of the hall will be constructed using strip foundations with individual caisson foundations. The earth-retaining external walls will be built in solid construction using concrete. All other external walls are planned in timber frame construction. Most of the load-bearing internal walls are also planned in timber frame construction and as cross-laminated timber walls. Hall size approx. 53m x 30m.
