**NOTE this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI** This project will regenerate the cultural and arts venue, Sanctuary Theatre, in east Belfast. The Theatre is located in Mountpottinger Non -Subscribing Presbyterian Church, it is one of the oldest buildings in east Belfast having been established in 1875 and extended in 1899 with the addition of a foyer. A School Hall was added in 1906. The works comprise the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing church building to support its continued use as a community theatre and performance space. The scope of works focuses on improvements to the building fabric, internal layout, and building services to enhance functionality, accessibility, and compliance with current standards.
