Contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 71(4) of the Public Procurement Act, intends to carry out the procurement of services for "Preparation of the technical design of the Alytaus City Library (including design proposals with a construction permit, technical design, and project implementation supervision), applying information modelling (BIM) services". The tasks of the project competition, related to urban planning and architectural design aspects, are as follows: to create modern, integrated, architectural and spatial planning solutions for the library building that meet the needs of a contemporary library. The tasks of the project competition are described in the annex "Technical Design Task" to the project competition conditions. The contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 71(4) of the Public Procurement Act, intends to carry out the procurement of services for "Preparation of the technical design of the Alytaus City Library (including design proposals with a construction permit, technical design, and project implementation supervision), applying information modelling (BIM) services", inviting the participant of the first place project proposal.
