Belgium – Airport buildings construction work – Lounge Pier A Herontwikkeling

The contract concerns the execution of the redevelopment and extension of the Brussels Airport Diamond Lounge in Pier A. The works include, among others, demolition and structural works, architectural finishing, techniques (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire detection, fire safety, data and security infrastructure), fixed furniture and all related coordination as general contractor. The works will take place in an operational airport environment where the continuity of airport activities and user flows must be ensured during execution. The contract also includes the necessary enabling and compliancy works related to the project.
