The subject of the public procurement is the control of the implementation of investment measures to improve the condition of part of the water supply network of the city of Pleven, as well as the provision of consultations and expert services to the Municipality of Pleven, related to the implementation of projects financed with funds from the state budget, relating to the improvement of the condition of part of the city's water supply network. The scope of the service also includes the provision of expert opinions on various cases arising in connection with the management of the projects within the scope of the procurement and submitted by the Municipality of Pleven for the purposes of quality and timely implementation of the investment intentions. Main objectives of the public procurement: By awarding the services within the scope of the current public procurement procedure, the Municipality of Pleven aims to achieve at least the following: Effective and efficient control over the implementation of the construction (in addition to that carried out by the consultant under the meaning of the Public Procurement Act), incl. the documents provided and prepared during the construction work; Adequate response to risks related to the timely and quality implementation of the projects; Ensuring the correct expenditure and accounting of funds within the projects; Achieving the goals and planned results within the individual projects; Reported project activities in accordance with the applicable current legislation (the Law on the State Budget for the relevant year, as well as the subordinate normative acts related to the implementation of the activity); Obtaining expert opinions on cases directly related to the construction process and its quality, resp. control and arising in connection with the contracts specified in the scope of the procurement, concluded under the Public Procurement Act, but not limited to them.
