Netherlands – Miscellaneous business and business-related services – RO-adviesdiensten Voorne aan Zee

The objective of the present procurement is to contract three consulting firms to provide RO advisory services. The framework agreements to be concluded must offer a proper balance between efficiency on the one hand, and legality and compliance with municipal policy objectives on the other. The total expected contract value for RO advisory services is 400,000 Euro on an annual basis. This is a global estimate because the annual uptake can fluctuate strongly and is dependent on developments that may or may not occur. The mentioned amounts are not guarantees. You cannot derive any rights from the mentioned amounts. The municipality is obliged, on the basis of case law (judgment ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034), to also include a maximum turnover in the agreement. The maximum turnover is set at a maximum of twice the estimated amount per lot.
