The clinical laboratory of VITAZ vzw wishes, through this public contract, to proceed with the purchase and installation of an immunochemistry analyzer to expand the internal test offering with specialized tests, primarily in the fields of endocrinology and infectious serology; this in addition to the existing laboratory setup and to optimize a lean internal workflow with high-quality analyses. The test offering on this analyzer will include (by the desired implementation Q1/2027) at least 5 of these 7 parameters, based on the needs of the laboratory and the applicants: ACTH, C-telopeptide (CTX; beta-crosslaps), N-terminal procollagen type 1 propeptide (P1NP), salivary cortisol. The analyses for which this procedure applies are selected based on numbers and medical relevance as well as future-oriented evolutions. The purchase of the equipment includes delivery, installation, commissioning, validation, and training for the operators. The contractor provides the placement, the programming of the devices and the device software and/or middleware, the connection with the LIS, the commissioning, the installation validation and implementation. The contract includes the delivery of reagents and necessary consumables and a maintenance contract for the entire duration of 4 + 2 + 2 years.
