France – Roof-covering work – TRAVAUX DE REMISE EN ETAT, DE REPARATIONS ET D'AMENAGEMENTS DIVERS A REALISER DANS LES BATIMENTS DU DEPARTEMENT DU VAL-DE-MARNE, CORPS D'ETAT : COUVERTURE-PLOMBERIE

This concerns work covering all roofing and plumbing services required for the maintenance and renovation of the Val-de-Marne Department's property portfolio, as well as holiday villages located outside the Department. These interventions will be carried out on-site or in occupied environments. The work will focus on various roofs and panels, roof support structures, water drainage systems at building level (excluding roads and green spaces), various sanitary equipment and appliances, water distribution networks, various plumbing pipes and their insulation, and safety elements for pitched roofs.
