Estonia – Grenades – Käsigranaadid

The objective of the contract is to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the procurement of hand grenades, training grenades and other grenades, as well as for the management of their lifecycle and necessary training. Additionally, for the purchase of fuses for new and already existing hand grenades. The framework agreement will be concluded with all successful suppliers and the number is not limited. The procurement will be carried out through mini-competitions and the contracting authority plans to conduct the first mini-competition immediately after the conclusion of the framework agreements, during which more detailed technical details, quantities, delivery times, etc. will be communicated to the suppliers. / Exclusion grounds and qualification requirements: See tender documents.
