It is planned to design a pedestrian path, benches and squares, a public toilet, small architectural elements, lighting, engineering networks and an approximately 160-170 m long electromechanical passenger ferry across Totoriškių Lake. The services include the performance of necessary studies, design solutions and project preparation and coordination, obtaining necessary approvals and the construction permit document, submitting the project for expert review and correcting it according to the expert's comments, and supervising the project implementation during the construction works. The project must be prepared and coordinated with the Contractor (Client), and the design proposals must be published in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts (if required by legal acts). First stage completion - obtaining the construction permit document according to the design proposals (if required by legal acts). Before starting to prepare the project, mandatory archaeological or other mandatory studies must be carried out, from which the scope of the project and the number of project stages will depend. Subsequently, it is mandatory to obtain special requirements and connection conditions, to carry out other studies, etc. Collect the necessary data required for the Building project. Prepare, coordinate with the Client and hand over to the Client the full composition project of the Building planned to be built by the Client (hereinafter - Project). Organise and carry out all the works envisaged in the Contract and the technical task; organise Creative Workshops; Carry out mandatory studies; Search for analogues in Europe; Prepare 2-3 street variants; their presentation, discussion and evaluation, selection of one variant – modelling from several variants; presentation of the selected variant to the public; The Project is prepared in two stages: first, design proposals are prepared, according to which the construction permit document is issued, later – technical work project (if necessary); Project implementation supervision services during construction works; Other services described in the technical task; prepare a topographic survey report; carry out design engineering geological and geotechnical surveys, obtain their report with the survey registration number in the Land Subsurface Registry and a copy of the letter from the Geological Survey of Lithuania about the assessment and acceptance of this report; obtain landowners' agreements (if necessary); having received the comments of the general, special expertises and coordination IS Infostatyba institutions, take into account and correct the solutions. Acting on behalf of the Client, the service provider obtains the construction permit document and all other agreements, approvals and permits necessary for the proper preparation of the technical work project and the subsequent construction of the Building, according to the prepared technical work project and carry out the project implementation supervision. The project completion is considered to be a positive Technical Work Project Expertise Act.
