Creation of a Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the installation and rental of mobile adsorbers applicable in drinking water management. The task of the participating bidder is to install mobile adsorber tanks filled with fresh activated carbon at the site specified by the DRV Zrt. as the Contracting Authority, as well as the optional performance of the thermal reactivations necessary to maintain the performance capability of the adsorbent filled into the stationary tanks, and the compensation of the operational and technological losses during the rental period.
