The contract covers reintegration/participation guidance (guidance towards work and participation) and, in parallel, from the start of the contract, the provision of meaningful daily activities (focused on training, work, volunteering and/or personal development) to residents aged 18 and over with complex issues. The issues are often denied by the person themselves and vary greatly per individual. This often also leads to disruption and unrest in public spaces. See tender documents. Lot 1: men We estimate that 20 men per year will need guidance. Lot 2: women We estimate that 40 women per year will need guidance. Lot 3: delinquent persons We estimate that 10 to 15 persons per year will need guidance. The estimate for lot 1 is based on the current contract, for the other lots this is an assumption. We note that the contract is included in a framework agreement, without volume, turnover and take-up guarantee. The numbers can fluctuate due to various circumstances, including but not limited to budget developments or political choices. Therefore, no rights can be derived from these numbers.
