This procurement procedure aims to realise a City Library that meets the requirements and wishes as set out in this tender. To achieve this goal, the contracting authority intends to enter into a design team agreement (Annex 1) with one (1) contractor and, after successful completion of the design team phase, possibly a construction contract. The design and realisation of the City Library has a total floor area of approximately 5,500 m² GFA.
