Germany – Software-related services – LK Oldenburg: Beschaffung einer Identsoftware

The district has decided to implement waste collection using an Identsystem in the future. A fee-based operation, in which individual collections and non-standardised contributions are paid by the users, is not currently planned. Regardless, the responsibility for container management and fee assessment, which was previously carried out by the municipalities within the district, has been transferred to the district as of 01.01.2026. The subject of the current tender is the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the software for container management and all further functions related to the Identsystem on the district's side. The equipping of vehicles with identification technology, the delivery of transponders and the retrofitting of containers with chips are not the subject of this procedure, but will be tendered separately at a later date.
