Germany – Construction work for school buildings – Berichtigungsbekanntmachung: Generalunternehmerleistungen für die Erweiterungsneubauten der Sekundarschule Am Biegerpark (BIE) in Duisburg

The contract to be awarded includes construction services as a general contractor for the turnkey construction of the extension new buildings "School Building" (N01) and "Sports Hall" (N02) of the Secondary School Am Biegerpark (BIE) including all the open and outdoor facilities required for the extension new buildings, Beim Knevelshof 21 in 47249 Duisburg. In addition, the contracting authority intends to commission the contractor in additional construction sections with optional services for additional extension new buildings and the existing buildings S01, S02 and S03 including the further open and outdoor facilities at the location "Beim Knevelshof" as well as for extension new buildings and the renovation of the existing buildings at the location "Am Ziegelkamp 7" and at the Reinhard-und-Max-Mannesmann-Gymnasium "Am Ziegelkamp 13" including the associated open and outdoor facilities on a Cost + Fee basis. The contracting authority makes the following changes in particular compared to the original corrigendum notice with the number 52689-2026:

The selection competition will therefore be reopened, whereby the contracting authority will not re-evaluate the participation applications already submitted and evaluated of the previously selected bidders. For bidders who have already submitted a participation application, it is sufficient if they confirm to the contracting authority within the participation period via the tendering platform, with reference to their already submitted participation application, that they still wish to participate in the procedure.
