Description

The contract consists mainly of: - the supply of poles and fittings; - the (re)location, replacement, installation and connection of lighting objects, poles and fittings; - the coordination of works on the regulated network; - the execution of, preventive and corrective maintenance, consisting of, among others: - the organisation and operation of a fault reporting service; - the performance of regular maintenance; - the elimination of faults and defects; - the repair of damage caused by collisions or vandalism; - the repair of damage as a result of ageing or wear and tear; - the realignment of leaning poles; - the reporting of the work carried out; - the provision of damage information in the event of a collision for the purpose of a damage report; - the provision or processing of inspection data. The works are located within the municipality of Vught and fall solely under its responsibility. This contract will therefore not be combined. Various companies in the gww sector have all disciplines in-house to be able to carry out the various parts of the work. The size of the contract, both financially and technically, is such that the entire work can also be carried out by an SME. For this reason, it is not necessary to divide the work into lots. The contract will be awarded for a period of at least two years and a maximum of four years. The intended start date of the contract is in December 2026.
