The purpose of this procurement procedure is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of goods for the catering needs of the contracting authority (hereinafter DNS). The contracting authority expects to place public contracts in the DNS at irregular, pre-determined intervals according to the operational needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority expects the quantities of individual public contracts placed in the DNS to range from units to tens of units in a specific public contract.
