Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Упражняване на строителен надзор на обект: „Ремонт на покрив административна сграда“ с идентификатор 73359.501.570.1 по КККР на гр.Тръстеник“

The scope of the contract includes the following activities: Carrying out independent construction supervision during the execution of the construction work: "Repair of the roof of the administrative building" with identifier 73359.501.570.1 according to the KKTN of Trastenik. The scope of the contract includes activities related to the exercise of construction supervision in accordance with Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), control over compliance with the requirements of Article 169, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the SDA during the execution of construction and installation works included in the scope of the contract. The scope of the Contractor's work includes the following main activities: Activity 1. Construction supervision during the execution of the facility, until its acceptance and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the SDA and guaranteeing the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Activity 2. Performing the function of the Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the execution of construction and installation works; Activity 3. Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the SDA after the completion of the construction and installation works for the facility. Activity 4. Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 for the facility.
