The contracting authority wishes to acquire equipment and machinery for the investment objective "Development of the infrastructure of USAMV Cluj-Napoca, in order to increase the qualitative and inclusive character of the teaching-educational process for Veterinary Medicine students", grouped into 9 lots in accordance with the specifications of the tender documents. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016 as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority has set the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, as 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarification 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, for all requests for clarification received 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
