France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Exploitation maintenance multi technique de la délégation Occitanie à Montpellier - site Brumaire

The Contract subject to this specification covers all intellectual and material services necessary for the operation, exploitation and maintenance of the site under the best economic, technical and social conditions to ensure the CNFPT:

- The satisfaction of occupants through the quality of service and environmental conditions,

- The maintainability, durability and optimal performance of the facilities, close to the initial performance levels,

- The operating conditions defined in the Construction Works Contract tender dossier, with the technical specifications of the manufacturers,

- The results set out in the present Contract,

- The reliability of the installations and equipment,

- The longevity of the installations and equipment through the implementation of a preventive maintenance program,

- The maintenance of the installations in compliance with safety regulations and rules of the art,

- The permanent and optimal search for the improvement of results, through the implementation and use of appropriate means and resources of the Contractor,

- The continuity of the service,

- The cleanliness of the premises and technical installations,

- The technical assistance to the CNFPT,

- The respect and support for sustainable development issues such as water, energy, special waste management, user comfort...

- The support of the inspection body and its subcontractors during their interventions
