The subject of the present public procurement in accordance with Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) is a „service“. The contracting authority announces the present procedure for the award of a public contract pursuant to Article 18(1)(1) of the ZOP, through an „open procedure“. The requirements for the award of the contract have been determined in accordance with Article 21 of the ZOP, the estimated total value of which falls within the threshold set out in Article 20(1)(1) of the ZOP. The subject of the present public procurement is:

„Performing services with mechanisation and services related to the transport of goods", broken down into the following positions:

Lot No. 1 „Performing services with a wheeled excavator“

Lot No. 2 „Performing services with a mini chain excavator“

Lot No. 3 „Performing services with a 22 to 24-tonne chain excavator“

Lot No. 4 „Performing services with a chain excavator over 34 tonnes“

Lot No. 5 „Performing services with a bulldozer“

Lot No. 6 „Performing services with a front loader“

Lot No. 7 „Performing services with a roller“

Lot No. 8 „Performing services with a grader“

Lot No. 9 „Performing services with a goods vehicle type „dump truck“

Scope of the public procurement:

The subject of the contract is the performance of services with heavy mechanisation and services related to the transport of goods in the municipalities of Straldzha.
