The subject of the present public procurement is the additional health insurance of the employees and members of the management and control bodies of Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria EAD, which will be carried out on the basis of a health insurance contract as per Article 427 of the Insurance Code. The additional health insurance based on a health insurance contract is intended to ensure the provision of healthcare services and reimbursement of expenses for medicinal products. The chosen insurance company ensures the provision of healthcare activities, services, and goods to the insured persons from Healthcare Service Providers, with whom the insurance company has concluded a contract.
